Job Description |
・Duties to be performed: Programming work and all related tasks ・Assigned role: Participate in our development team as a Unity engineer for various XR and game development projects ・Involved in: Planning, Requirements Definition, Basic Design, Detailed Design, Implementation, Testing, Operation/Maintenance |
Desired Qualifications |
・Required Skills - Development experience with Unity (C#) - Interest in or basic knowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as XR (AR/VR/MR), the Metaverse, and AI ・Preferred Skills - Understanding of design thinking and user experience (UX) - Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and computer graphics (CG) - Familiarity with agile development methodologies - English and Japanese communication skills (basic level or above) |
Working Hours | ・ Flextime system (Standard working hours: 8 hours/day, Core time: 11:00–15:00, Flexible time: 8:00–11:00, 15:00–21:00) ・Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays), Paid leave (in accordance with legal requirements) |

Salary |
Monthly salary of ¥300,000 or more – Contract employee Includes fixed overtime pay: A monthly salary of ¥300,000 or more includes ¥40,541 for 20 hours of fixed overtime. Overtime exceeding 20 hours will be paid additionally. ・Salary increase: Once a year ※However, salary increases may not be granted depending on individual performance or company performance ・Bonuses: 5 times a year (Fiscal year-end bonus: May, Performance-based bonuses: March, June, September, December) ※However, bonuses may not be granted depending on individual performance or company performance ・Commuting allowance: Generally fully covered |
