Development System
開発体制
When we receive a consultation, we propose efficient development methods that focus on reducing workloads.
Additionally, a technical director is always assigned during the development process to
ensure project advancement through quality and progress management, as well as regular progress reports.

Contract Form
契約形態(例)
Fixed-Term Contract (Waterfall Model)
Overview: A traditional development approach used when specifications are clearly defined and deliverable standards are established.
Advantages:By defining deliverable standards in advance, the likelihood of development uncertainties caused by misunderstandings is minimized.
Disadvantages: If specification changes or additional features are required but not anticipated, adjustments with the original functions may lead to significant additional costs.
Delegation Contract (Agile Model)
Overview: An effective development method when there are specific requests, but detailed specifications cannot be determined due to knowledge or time constraints.
Advantages: By developing in small increments within short cycles, specifications can be adjusted in response to customer requirements during the development process.
Disadvantages: If time or budget constraints exist, the project may end without meeting all requirements.
Delegation Contract
Overview: A method of supporting development by performing tasks within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Advantages: Allows for flexible specification changes within the project, making it easier to manage and control.
Disadvantages: Since the contract does not guarantee completion of specifications, there is a risk of ending the project without fulfilling all requests.
Even if your desired contract type does not fall into the categories mentioned above, we can flexibly accommodate your needs, so please feel free to consult with us.
